High ceilings and Brazilian chestnut floors frame the living area, where comfortable seating and a Smart TV with full cable access open onto the lanai. The dining area seats four. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, ice machine, cookware and utensils.
