## About the house

The open-plan studio has Brazilian chestnut floors, high ceilings, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a seating area, a Smart TV, a spacious closet and sliding doors to a lanai overlooking the pool and courtyard toward the ocean. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and illuminated vanity.

The compact kitchenette has full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen basics, dishes and utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and ice machine are available, along with a dining area and BBQ. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a washer and dryer, linens, shampoo, a hair dryer, iron, safe, private entrance, television, DVD and satellite or cable TV. The building has an elevator; smoke detection, a deadbolt and outdoor lighting are provided.

Ocean Villas guests share an oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, included at no charge. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in the villa, along with beach towels. Included resort access also covers entertainment at on-site restaurants, twelve miles of hiking trails, biking trails and five miles of beach.

Optional paid services include resort restaurants and bars, Nalu Spa services, fitness-center access and yoga, tennis and pickleball, two PGA golf courses, surfing lessons and board rentals, stand-up paddleboard lessons, tours and rentals, snorkeling and kayak rentals, whale-watching and sunset cruises, Segway and e-bike rentals, helicopter tours and horseback riding at Turtle Bay Stables. Beach equipment rentals are also available for a fee. The main hotel’s pool, gym and spa require a separate resort purchase.

Parking is free, gated and secure. A Pack-n-Play and high chair are available free on request. When the neighboring three-bedroom property is open, the two properties can be booked together.
