The house

The combined lockout residence provides nearly 2,400 square feet of living space, with an adjoining three-bedroom unit and studio, two living rooms, a full-size kitchen and a studio kitchenette. Interiors feature high ceilings, granite and marble countertops, and Brazilian chestnut flooring. The primary suite has walk-in closets and an ensuite; bathroom features include deep soaking tubs, separate showers and a dual-sink vanity. All rooms have smart televisions.

Open-plan living and dining areas lead to two private 158-square-foot lanais furnished with dining tables and chaise lounges. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes and utensils. Central air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet, Ethernet connectivity, and a washer and dryer in each unit are provided. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are available. A Pack-n-Play and high chair are complimentary upon request.

The villa is steps from the shared oceanfront pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area reserved for Ocean Villas guests, as well as Bay View Beach Lawn and Kuilima Cove. Free access includes the Ocean Villas pool and jacuzzi, restaurant entertainment, twelve miles of hiking trails, biking trails and five miles of beach. Turtle Bay is an 850-acre community with seven beaches. Haleiwa is 25 minutes away for dining and shopping.

Restaurants and bars, the hotel day spa, fitness center and classes, tennis and pickleball courts, two PGA golf courses, surfing lessons and rentals, SUP lessons, tours and rentals, snorkeling and kayak rentals, whale-watching cruises, Segway rentals, helicopter tours, horseback riding and e-bike rentals incur fees. Beach equipment rentals are also available for a fee. Free parking is provided, and a car is recommended. The building has an elevator.
