The house

This recently refreshed villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 2,391 square feet, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Brazilian chestnut floors, granite and marble finishes, and an open living and dining layout lead to a private 158-square-foot lanai overlooking the Pacific, resort grounds and community pool. The living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, kitchen island or outdoors.

Two primary suites each have a king bed, ocean views and an ensuite bathroom. The first primary bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate shower and dual-sink vanity, and the suite includes a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two queen beds, while the fourth has one queen bed; both have ocean views and are close to the guest bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and HD Smart TVs.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and ice machine, along with dishes and utensils. Central air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent, beach towels, basic toiletries and starter amenities are provided. A high chair and pack-and-play are available, and the building has an elevator.

Guests have free access to the Ocean Villas oceanfront community pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, beach chairs and umbrellas at the villa property, hiking and biking trails, five miles of beach access and restaurant entertainment. Resort hotel amenities are not included. Restaurants and bars, Nalu Spa, fitness facilities and classes, tennis and pickleball, two PGA golf courses, water-sport lessons and rentals, cruises, guided tours, horseback riding and e-bike rentals are available for a fee. Beach equipment rentals also carry a charge.

Beaches, shoreline trails, shops, dining and Turtle Bay activities are within walking reach. Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away. A car is recommended, and free parking is available.
