The house

The 1,538 sq. ft. villa has an open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, Brazilian chestnut floors, large windows and direct access to a private 167 sq. ft. covered lanai overlooking tropical grounds, the Pacific Ocean and the community pool. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, mixer, juicer and kitchen utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite with a soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and garden views; the third has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and HD Smart TVs. A second full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms and shared areas. Full cable is available in the primary bedroom and living room.

The villa includes a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a high chair and a Pack and Play. Other facilities include an outdoor shower, private entrance, safe, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Guests have access to the Ocean Villas’ shared oceanfront pool and hot tub, grilling areas and direct beach pathways. Complimentary community facilities include twelve miles of hiking trails, biking trails, five miles of beach and live entertainment at select restaurants. Restaurants and bars, the day spa and fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, two PGA golf courses, water-sports rentals, whale-watching cruises, Segway tours, horseback riding, helicopter tours and e-bike rentals are fee-based. Resort hotel amenities are not included.
