The house

The villa spans 1,411 sq ft of indoor–outdoor space. Its open-plan living and dining area has comfortable seating, island-inspired decor and French doors opening onto a private covered lanai surrounded by tropical gardens. The dining area seats the group. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, ice machine and cooking and dining essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, shower and dual-sink vanity. The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. All three bedrooms have garden views, lanai/balcony access, air conditioning, ceiling fans and HD Smart TVs; the primary bedroom has a 43-inch TV and each guest bedroom has a 32-inch TV. There is also a guest bathroom.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, complimentary starter amenities, a high chair and a Pack and Play are provided. The villa has a private entrance, free parking, a safe, smoke detector and outdoor lighting. An elevator is available in the building.

Guests have access to the Ocean Villas community oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and walking and biking paths. The pool and grills are steps away. Turtle Bay Resort hotel amenities are not included and are available à la carte with applicable fees. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Beaches, restaurants, shops, trails and ocean activities are within walking distance; Haleʻiwa Town, Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach and Banzai Pipeline are a short drive away.
