Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered visitors must be communicated in advance. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
