Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered visitors must be communicated in advance. Overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not allowed. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Occasional noise from construction, maintenance or renovations may occur.
Getting there
The studio is in Centro, Florianópolis. Beiramar Shopping is advertised at 700 m, Pátio Milano at 500 m, Avenida Beira-Mar Norte at 1.3 km, and the Beira-Mar Norte waterfront is described as a 16-minute walk away. Parking is paid, with five rotating spaces subject to availability.
