The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. No visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are allowed, and condominium access is restricted to guests identified in the reservation. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are listed as 21:00–15:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not receive packages at the property. The property uses self check-in. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance, and the coworking room requires app reservation. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation.
