## About the house

Tucker House accommodates six guests in two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds. Both queen bedrooms have south-facing views and storage; one has an ensuite. All bedrooms have wool carpet. The main bathroom and ensuite have large walk-in showers and instant gas hot water. The furnished living area has full-height double-glazed windows, a dining table, modular lounge, ceiling fans, an air conditioner and a wood stove. A beach-facing southern balcony and a secluded western balcony provide outdoor space, with a large table and Weber BBQ on the western balcony. Entertainment includes a TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, Netflix and a stereo amplifier that connects to mobile devices. Linen is provided. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

The property relies on tank water. Parking accommodates three cars. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests on the booking. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
