The property is in the countryside. The final approximately 200 m of access is along a dirt road. The access road is paved up to the entrance. The property has a flight of 9 steps, and the pool is reached along a path. Martina Franca town centre is about 6 km away; Torre Canne beach is about 25 km away.

The property is for lease only. Pets are allowed on request. The property is not completely fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
