Trullo Magnifico is a private stone residence with a main trullo and a separate annex. The main building has a living area with a fireplace, kitchen, laundry room and three bedrooms; the annex has a living area with a fireplace, an alcove bedroom and a bathroom. Outside are furnished verandas, a Mediterranean garden, a stone path and an infinity pool facing the plateau.

The 12 x 5 m pool has a depth of 1.50 m, Roman steps, a side ladder, salt purification and internal and external lighting. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property is partially fenced.

The property is in the Itria Valley near Ceglie Messapica. Pilone beaches are 27 km away, Ceglie Messapica shops and services are 5 km away, and the Ceglie Messapica train station is 5 km away. Access includes 600 m of unpaved road with some uneven sections. The parking area is near the entrance, and a stone path connects it to the buildings; the main trullo is reached via a few steps. Parking is available for up to four cars.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit of eight are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are not permitted. Heating is charged separately at €40 per day. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services must be provided by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
