The main house has a small living room, a well-equipped kitchen with views, and a bedroom with a double bed and television. A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a small laundry room complete the main house. The annex has a second double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. There are two queen-size beds in total.

Outdoor facilities include a covered veranda with a large dining table, a barbecue area and a private pool. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and toaster. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.
