PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Trulli Biancapetra is a characterful stone trulli house with a pool, surrounded by a lawned garden and an extensive olive grove. Carefully restored in 2022, the villa retains its original architecture, combining exposed stone walls and distinctive conical roofs with modern comforts and simple, functional interiors. Sleeping up to ten guests, it spans four bedrooms and four bathrooms across a main house and annexe.
Outside in the garden, there are shaded outdoor dining areas, a pool surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating, with views over olive and citrus trees. The location offers easy access to both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, as well as the historic towns of the Itria Valley. The owners’ home is located behind the annexe with independent access and does not share the outdoor spaces.
