## About the house

The open-plan living area has vaulted ceilings, sectional seating and daybeds, opening toward the garden, pool and thatched-roof cabana. An entry water feature, poolside loungers and golf-course outlook complement the outdoor dining and lounge spaces. The indoor dining table seats 12. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and kitchen basics; a BBQ is also available.

All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private courtyard and soaking tub. Guest bedroom 2 has a four-poster king bed, courtyard access and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 3 has double bedding, a walk-in shower, ceiling fan and TV. Guest bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two double beds and ceiling fans; bedroom 4 has central air conditioning, while bedroom 5 opens toward the pool and garden. There is also a powder room.

Housekeeper, chef and waiter service and two four-seat golf carts are included. Amenities include Wi-Fi, parking, a washer and dryer, hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, a safe, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system and a lanai/balcony.

Casa de Campo registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses with advance tee times, fitness center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center. Concierge services can arrange airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, tours, excursions, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff. La Romana International Airport (LRM) is the nearest airport.

Minitas Beach is 0.5 mi away. The Marina, Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are approximately 2.2 mi away; the Tennis Center is 2.3 mi away, the Shooting Center is 2.9 mi away and Altos de Chavon is 3.6 mi away. Two four-seat golf carts are included for getting around Casa de Campo.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day, $12 per child ages 4–12 per day, and complimentary access for children under 4. An 18% service fee and the resort fee are excluded from accommodation rates. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Rates are calculated on double occupancy per bedroom. A 10-night minimum applies during Christmas and New Year.
