The house

The townhouse accommodates four guests. Its first-level open-plan living area has two couches, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV, connecting to a four-seat dining table, balcony and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and French press coffee maker.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, full-length mirror, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a large window. The other bedroom has two single beds and a dedicated workspace. The full bathroom has a glass shower, vanity with under-sink storage and toilet. A laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, there is a shared backyard and a spacious private patio with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available. Free street parking is available around the area.

The Indooroopilly location offers access to the train station, cafes, parks, shopping and the University of Queensland at St Lucia, with views of Mount Coot-Tha.
