The house

The upstairs open-plan living area has curated artwork, an oversized L-shaped sofa, books and a smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, coffee plunger and pod coffee machine, with an island bench and an adjoining dining area.

An elevated deck has an alfresco BBQ setting and lounge with sunset views. Below, a shaded garden patio offers outdoor seating beside the mosaic-tiled pool and sun lounger. The property has a private entrance and garden and pool views.

All three bedrooms are downstairs and have garden views. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in wardrobe; the second has a queen bed and direct patio access. The third has two king singles that can be converted into a king bed on request. Two full bathrooms are downstairs: one has a bathtub and walk-in shower, and the other has a walk-in shower. A separate downstairs powder room provides an additional toilet.

The laundry has a washer and drying rack. Split-system air conditioning serves every room except the bathrooms and laundry, with ceiling fans throughout. Wi-Fi, heating, a hair dryer and iron are provided. A high chair and travel cot are available on request. Free on-site parking accommodates three vehicles, and free street parking is available.

Bundilla Beach is an easy stroll away, Parap Markets are nearby, and Darwin’s CBD is a short drive away. Guests must climb stairs.
