The house

The condo accommodates up to seven guests and has a private furnished balcony overlooking the adjacent beach and Gulf waters. A full kitchen with a breakfast bar includes a dishwasher, oven, blender and coffee maker. Central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and the living room has a single bed and a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms.

Shared facilities include an outdoor heated pool with a surrounding sundeck and a grilling area. The building has an elevator, and paid parking is available. A dryer is available in a common space. Temporary snowbird stays are welcome.

Waterville USA is a little over a mile away, Adventure Island is six miles east, and Gulf State Park is less than two miles away, with hiking and biking trails across 6,500 acres.
