A full kitchen with a breakfast bar includes a dishwasher, oven, blender and coffee maker. Central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and the living room has a single bed and a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms. Shared facilities include an outdoor heated pool with a surrounding sundeck and a grilling area. The building has an elevator, and paid parking is available. A dryer is available in a common space. Temporary snowbird stays are welcome. Waterville USA is a little over a mile away, Adventure Island is six miles east, and Gulf State Park is less than two miles away, with hiking and biking trails across 6,500 acres. The condo is directly on the beach and has beach access. The building has an elevator. The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless unit-specific terms or law set a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and remain throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of seven guests. Stays are temporary and cannot be used as a permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; legally required service animals are permitted, and emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning or the actual cost if greater, and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night’s rental. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Rule violations may result in removal without a refund. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency.
