The living room combines herringbone parquet flooring, decorative ceiling mouldings, vintage mirrors and armchairs with a glass coffee table and leather sofa. An adjoining formal dining room has a crystal chandelier and a table seating six. The kitchen has colourful cabinets, a breakfast table, a hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cookware and tableware.

The principal bedroom has a queen-sized bed and storage with shelves, drawers and cupboards. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a piano and a desk. The primary bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath with a shower-head attachment and double wash basin. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and double wash basin; there is also a separate toilet.

The apartment has heating, hot water, a combined washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, cleaning products, towels and bed linen. Fans and one portable air-conditioning unit are provided; its exhaust tube must be placed out a window, leaving the window slightly open during use. The home has cameras connected to a security system. Children and infants are welcome.

The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming their identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the cancellation policy.
