House rules
The home is child-friendly. Alcohol and smoking are allowed. Pets are allowed subject to a pet contract. Extra guests are accommodated with an extra floor mattress in each bedroom; the advertised maximum occupancy is nine guests. Meals are available at additional charges.
Getting there
The villa faces a lake and includes open greens and outdoor sit-outs. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are on the ground floor; Bedroom 3 is on the first floor. Experiences such as lakeside picnics, barbecues and bonfires require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability.
