House rules
No smoking. No pets. Standard arrival and departure day is Saturday. Optional pool heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August.
Getting there
Oceanfront with a private beach walkway with steps. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. An elevator and a second-level ensuite with handicap-friendly features and wide doors are available.
