Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory electricity is charged at 0.50€/KW and mandatory final cleaning at 100€/stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
