## About the house

The apartment opens directly onto a 25 m² terrace with outdoor dining space and three sun loungers. A covered porch of the same size has a sofa, and two additional sofas stand by the outdoor entrance. Outdoor facilities include parasols and a barbecue.

The living room has air conditioning, a fireplace and television. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer and crockery. Wi-Fi is free. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and towels are provided, along with recycling bins for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass.

There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with mountain views. All three bedrooms have fans. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers; one is en suite to Bedroom 1.
