The house has a large terrace with sun loungers, a jacuzzi, a porch with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, and a furnished seating area at the entrance. Nearby neighbours mean privacy is partial. There is no swimming pool.
The interiors are arranged on one floor with central heating. The living-dining room has air conditioning, a fireplace, Smart TV and satellite channels. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils.
All three bedrooms have fans. One has a double bed and the other two each have two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.
