No parties, events or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. The home may contain storage for owner belongings. The sofa bed is available only by early request. Extra charges apply for additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
The townhouse is near the Maitai River and a short walk from Nelson city centre. Trafalgar Park, The Suter Gallery, Fresh Choice supermarket, the swimming pool and State Cinema are less than a 10-minute walk on the flat along the river. The home is two storeys, with stairs between the lower and upper levels.
