The house

The ground floor has two queen bedrooms and a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, fresh towels and starter amenities, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, the main living area has large windows overlooking the treetops, a fireplace and a TV. The upper-level primary bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite, direct deck access and a private retreat with a sofa, second TV and piano. The other upstairs bedroom sleeps four with a bunk bed, a single bed and a trundle.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an island bench, microwave and coffee maker, with a large dining table nearby. The deck has a BBQ and outdoor dining seating; stairs lead down to the garden and backyard. Table tennis is available in the garage. A balcony provides coastal scenery.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, hair dryer and iron are available. The upstairs retreat living area is air-conditioned. Parking accommodates two cars on the driveway and one in the garage, with free street parking also available. The home has a private entrance and access to Tootgarook Beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants.
