The house

The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three have a king bed and queen bed respectively. Bedroom four has a double-and-single bunk arrangement for up to three guests; the top bunk is not suitable for adults. Both bathrooms have a shower, hand basin, towel rail and toilet. A ground-floor bedroom is available.

The furnished open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas connect to an outdoor deck and entertaining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and toaster. There is a heat pump, air conditioning, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Board games, a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are provided.

Outside are a lawn, decking, a barbecue, garden table and chairs, off-road parking and boat parking. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with pillows and duvets at the property. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. There is no pool or hot tub.

Whangamata town centre and a public boat ramp are each a five-minute drive away. Nearby dining options include Oliver’s Bakery, Beach Roundabout Takeaways and Soul Burger. Whangamata Beach is a local beach destination.
