House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival instructions are sent. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and is subject to availability. The initial payment is 50% at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

Getting there

Stairs lead from the entrance to the main level, with an additional upstairs loft. Telluride Ski Resort, the Gondola and Lift 8 are a short walk away; downtown shops, bars and restaurants are steps away. Parking is limited to one car. The home is for sale and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice if possible.
