House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor and can be accessed by a lift. The living room and principal bedroom curtains are not blackout curtains. The living-room sofa bed is suitable for one guest only. The security system includes a camera that captures footage only when the alarm is activated.
