The house

The home has an open layout with high ceilings, multiple gathering areas and a living room with a usable fireplace connected to the dining area and equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, cookware and dishes. A lower-level media and play area, game room, children's games and dedicated work-from-home space provide additional indoor facilities. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and hair dryers are provided.

All three bedrooms are on the main floor of the main house. The primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, closet and full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, air conditioning and closet; Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds, air conditioning and closet. A second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and a third bathroom is also a full bathroom.

Outside are a private heated saltwater pool, uncovered deck/patio, outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs, gas barbecue and wood-burning fire pit. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler are provided. Free parking and an electric vehicle charger are available.

Ocean Beach is 4 miles away, downtown Bridgehampton is 2 miles away and downtown Sag Harbor is 3 miles away. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
