Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, cookware and dishes. A lower-level media and play area, game room, children's games and dedicated work-from-home space provide additional indoor facilities. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If canceled dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is fully paid. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement. Special-use reservations may still require an increased deposit.
