The condo accommodates up to four guests in a bedroom with a queen bed and a living area with a tuck-away Murphy bed. The living space has a fireplace with a custom mantle, a Smart TV and a couch. A well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and a private patio complete the accommodation.

Shared resort facilities include pools, hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, pickleball and tennis, mini golf and disc golf. An ice skating rink operates during the winter months. There is also an on-site restaurant and store. The setting offers opportunities to explore Bend’s trails and ski at Mt. Bachelor.

The responsible renter must generally be at least 25, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay; a different minimum may apply under unit-specific terms or law. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of four guests. Temporary stays only; no permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet use, are prohibited. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away.

Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, and up to $500 for additional cleaning—or actual cost if greater—for rule violations or excessive mess. Guests may also be charged official or HOA fines and related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may end the stay without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for correction. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override general terms, and conflicting booking-channel terms control. The cancellation policy provided by the booking channel at booking applies.
