The house

The home accommodates up to eight guests in four first-floor bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and built-in storage. The master bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in robe; the second bedroom has two single beds; the third has a queen bed, television and ensuite; and the fourth has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms and a ground-floor toilet. Bathroom 1 includes a shower, bath and vanity; Bathroom 2 includes a shower and vanity.

Facilities include a private saltwater pool, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi throughout, cable TV, a BBQ and outdoor seating. Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided. Free parking is available on the premises, with parking in front of the garage and on the street; the garage is not accessible to guests.

Moffat Beach, cafés and coastal pathways are a short stroll away, with nearby opportunities for coastal walks, cycling and boutique shopping. The home welcomes pets, children and infants. Linen is provided and beds are made for bookings made after 26 September 2025.
