## About the house

Guests have full access to the home. The open-plan kitchen has integrated appliances, a central island, a glass ceiling and glass doors. Kitchen amenities include a coffee maker, dishes and silverware, and a dishwasher. A separate dining space has a wooden table and seating, while the living room has a sofa and wall-mounted TV.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and cupboard storage, plus a second bedroom with a king-size bed. The third bedroom is on the second floor and has a queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms with showers, basins and toilets, as well as an additional downstairs toilet with a sink. A bathtub, hot water and shampoo are also provided.

The backyard has a BBQ grill. Professional cleaning, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, and 24/7 guest support are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are available. Children and infants are welcome.

Clapham South Underground, Marks & Spencer’s supermarket, Clapham Common, Luenire Spa & Aesthetics and Tacos + Tequila are nearby. Clapham’s Northern Line stations are in Zone 2, with journeys to the West End taking about 15 minutes. Clapham High Street has an Overground connection, and Clapham Junction in neighbouring Battersea has trains to Victoria and Waterloo taking six to ten minutes. Local transport also includes bus routes 35, 39, 87, 219 and 337, night buses N31 and N35, and Cycle Superhighway 7 alongside Clapham Common.
