House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of 30 nights or longer require additional paid cleaning and are non-refundable. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access is on Meadows Green Run and depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Mountain Village Core is a quick walk through Aspen Ridge. Parking is limited to two cars, and the narrow garage may be a tight fit for large SUVs. Nearby construction may cause occasional summer noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates. The home has living and sleeping areas on multiple floors.
