The house

This 984-square-foot condo sleeps six and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It occupies the top, fifth floor, with elevator access and a private balcony with mountain views. The single-level home also has ski-slope views. The community gondola provides access to Steamboat Ski Resort.

Guests have access to a shared, year-round heated pool and grotto hot tubs. Other amenities include a game room, fitness room and grill/BBQ. Inside, there are Smart TVs, cable/satellite television, board games, a gas fireplace, heating and air conditioning.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, hair dryer and hangers are provided. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available, along with parking for one car. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Brick and Drunken Onion are steps away. A tennis/pickleball center is next door, and the Yampa River trail runs through town toward the Botanic Park and Emerald Mountain. Mad Creek trails and Fish Creek Falls offer additional outdoor outings.
