The published agreement specifies private vacation use, adult supervision of children, no glass by the pool or diving, no indoor smoking, and advance approval for pets, events or parties. Keep noise reasonable, especially after 10 pm. Written permission is needed for alterations, assignment or subletting. Confirm the current property-specific terms with 2CRVR.
Getting there
Four flights of covered stairs. Steep driveway may require a 4x4 in rainy season; covered parking for one or two vehicles. A/C is in bedrooms; living area uses fans and cross-ventilation.
