The recently renovated apartment occupies a single open-plan space on the ground floor of a building in one of Ortigia's alleyways. The living area has a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. A wardrobe separates it from the sleeping area, which has a queen-size double bed. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

Ortigia has the Zefiro and Nettuno equipped solariums and the small free beach of Cala Rossa. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately one hour away by car.

The apartment is on the ground floor in an alleyway in Ortigia, close to the Levante seafront. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately one hour away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
