A townhouse Mar 1 is a welcoming and functional space, ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. The room is spacious and bright, harmoniously integrating the living and dining areas, with direct access to the external terrace, creating a fluid connection between the interior and exterior spaces of the house. Inside there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with good natural light and a peaceful atmosphere.
The house also has a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and a service bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals in a practical way throughout the holidays. On the exterior, the terrace invites you to enjoy the Algarve climate, with a pleasant seating area and a barbecue, perfect for moments of outdoor socialising. The property is part of a well-maintained complex, with two swimming pools, for adults and children, surrounded by gardens and with unobstructed views.
Located on Cerro da Águia, this townhouse is close to Albufeira Marina, Galé, beaches, restaurants, bars and beautiful landscapes typical of the region. The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost). Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
