House rules

No smoking; parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 21 are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are accepted. Decorative fireplaces are unavailable. Please contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible by arrangement. Household linen, bed preparation and mid-stay cleaning are not included; these may be requested from the concierge. Tourist tax is payable before arrival; the services section also describes tourist tax as included in the total price, so confirm the applicable booking terms. A refundable €800 per-booking card pre-authorisation may be taken with the final payment and is cancelled after departure if no damage is found. Listed charges: concierge service fee 10% of booking; final cleaning €130 per booking; optional cancellation insurance 5.5% of booking; optional kitchen linen €2 per booking, towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €15 per bed per booking, single-bed linen €12 per bed per booking, and bath mat €3 per booking. Getting there

The house is in Pornic’s upper town and historic centre. La Plage de la Noëveillard is 1 km away; no access mode is stated. The market halls and first bars and restaurants are 220 m away; the Casino convenience store is 250 m away. The attached garage is narrow and for city cars only. Nearby public parking is free except Thursdays and Sundays from 5:00 to 15:30. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
