House rules
The property is self-catered. Occupancy is four guests; guests five and six incur an additional charge that includes extra beds. A group deposit of €180 per guest is payable by card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply under current legislation.
Getting there
São Rafael Beach is 950 m away. The property is described as a 3-minute drive and 10-minute walk from the beach. Renting a car is not essential. The regular moving day is Saturday, with possible low-season flexibility.
