The townhome overlooks the 14th fairway of Links Golf Course, Horseshoe Bayou, Baytowne Marina and Choctawhatchee Bay. A private furnished patio and large windows provide views, including seasonal fireworks at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.
Both bedrooms have one king bed and sleep two. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and direct patio access. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, with a dishwasher, microwave and stove. A private washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating, an iron, TV and cable are available.
Guests have access to a shared pool and a four-seat golf cart. Beach access is across the highway, with resort tram transport available. Golf is nearby, and the home is snowbird-friendly.
