## About the house

The cottage has an air-conditioned, open-plan living area with pine flooring, sofas and a Smart TV. Cable television is not available. The interior and exterior have been freshly painted. The equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and dishwasher, and the screened sunroom has dining and lounge areas.

All three bedrooms have carpeted floors. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one double bed and one twin bed. The full bathroom has a new vanity and luxury vinyl tile flooring. The additional half bathroom is outside beside the screened porch and is unheated.

An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach. A stacked washer/dryer, towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are provided.

Beach access does not require crossing Coastal Highway. Nearby attractions include Bethany Beach Boardwalk, downtown Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island State Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Old Pro Golf and Northside Park. The cottage is professionally managed by VueStay Vacations by Casago.
