House rules
Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events are permitted. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; no refund is available within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
The beach is a one-and-a-half-block walk away. Downtown Bethany Beach and the boardwalk area are one and a half blocks away. Access to the home requires a flight of stairs. The fireplace is not operational.
