Fenwick Island State Park is five miles away, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum is six miles away, and Freeman Arts Pavilion is nine miles away. Access to the home requires a flight of stairs.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; no refund is available within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
