## About the house

Built around a 33-foot totem pole, the 4,000-square-foot home overlooks the Whistler Blackcomb mountains and Whistler Golf Club. The main floor has an open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room, kitchen and wraparound deck.

The top-floor main suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, office, seating area, fireplace and access to an observation deck. The lower-floor guest bedroom has a split king bed and ensuite; this level also contains the media and games room, a steam shower and access to the private outdoor patio hot tub. The ground-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, alongside a fitness room.

Facilities include a pool table, smart TV, ski storage, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and a desk/workspace. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics and dishes. Bed linens, towels, heating and a private entrance are provided.

Whistler Village is about two miles away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes along the paved, tree-lined Valley Trail. Free private SUV ski shuttles to and from the slopes are offered in winter; enquire for details. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, and Vancouver International Airport is 84 miles away.

The home spans four stories. Whistler Village is about two miles away, with an approximately 25-minute walk along the paved Valley Trail. Parking is limited to two cars. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A maximum of two cars is permitted. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. An initial non-refundable payment of 30% of the Grand Total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. All payments are non-refundable once received. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays longer than 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. The Guest Assistant Team will provide check-in information.
