Parties, events and smoking are not allowed. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor, reached through stone arches and up a marble staircase. Palermo's central train station is 1 km away and has airport connections.
