The house

The apartment accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms, with three queen-size beds and two single beds, and has three bathrooms. Its private inner courtyard is furnished with armchairs and umbrellas and leads into the ground-floor interior.

The open-plan living area includes sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. Two ground-floor bedrooms have queen-size beds and ensuite shower bathrooms. Stairs lead to the upper level, with one twin bedroom and one queen-size bedroom. A further shower bathroom, a small terrace and a laundry room complete the layout.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

Palermo’s central station is 1 km away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Palermo offers historic quarters with UNESCO heritage sites, Baroque churches and the Ballarò and Capo markets.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance.
