The house

Torre Marina occupies a fenced plot with no surrounding neighbours. Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 11.5 × 7 m, with depths of 0.8–1.8 m, four loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue terrace and a porch with dining space and a sofa.

The traditionally furnished house is arranged over two floors. The living area has sofas, satellite TV and a dining table seating eight. The equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. Wi-Fi is available, and there are four fans.

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor and have wardrobes: two have twin beds and one has a double bed. There is a shower bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor. A cot and high chair are available on request. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Sa Ràpita belongs to Campos. Sa Ràpita/Ses Covetes beach is 1 km away, and Es Trenc is a 15-minute drive away. Sa Ràpita and Campos have supermarkets, restaurants and bars; Campos holds a market on Thursdays and Saturdays.
